Can i play my games i bought at Russia abroad?

Hello, friends!

I have a quite solid game library here, but all these games were bought at Russia.

Soon I'll leave Russia at least for a few years because starting from June I'll be working at EU. Will I be able to download and play games I bought at Russia?
It's pity if there are a limitations, cause I spend a decent amount of money on all these games.

Don't want to be a pirate, but be forced to pay again for each game is a thievery.

Yes you will be able to play them. Just because they where purchased in Russia doesn't mean they can only be played in Russia. It just means they can only be played on the account of the person who lived in Russia when they where purchased. Although now you will not be able to buy games at Russian prices at your new location.

Russian games are usually region locked and can only be installed/played while you are in that region.
BUT, every game that has been in your library for more then 90 days automatically becomes regionfree without any restrictions.
That means all games you already own for more then 3 months will install and play no matter where you are in the world. For games you bought in the last 3 months, those will not work when you are no longer in Russia but only till the 90 days are up.
After that they will work normally again.

Actually it means exactly that. Most games in the Russian Steam Store have big warnings on the page that those games can only be installed/played if you are in that region.
