Windows 10 error
“The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.” Clicking OK restarts the computer but afterwards I get this same error again. I have cut power to it, restarted it, every time I get this error. I am trying to instal Windows 10 after a factory reset. What should I do?

On desktop, check to see of all the cables to the HDD's are properly connected.
Laptop, its a laptop.
