Error Code: -310 Failed to load web page (unknown error). [Possible fix]

Two of us (same house/network) had an issue where our profiles and inventory would show as "private" when logged in and the activity feed would give the title of this post as an error. We both could access these pages normally when logged in through the website and through our phones over mobile data. I turned off all port forwarding, disabled all port blocking and DMZed a system with no change. After some digging I found that the issue for us was a router setting (DD-WRT). I was filtering cookies in the routers firewall.

Security - Firewall - Additional Filters - Uncheck "Filter Cookies"

I figured I would post this up in case it could be useful to someone else having these problems. I did not see this as a possible solution when searching the Steam forums.

Change your DNS settings.

Clear your web browser cache.
