Key I redeemed won't show up in my library

So I redeemed a key for Amnesia from humble bundle on my steam probably about a week ago. However, now it will not show up in my library. It doesn't come back when I restart my computer, and it doesn't do anything no matter how many times I completely close and then re open steam. I've tried redeeming the key again, only for steam to tell me I've already redeemed this game. But then when I search for the game in my library it is not there. Even when I try spelling it every way possible in the search bar it doesn't show up. It does not show up when I scroll through all of my games either. I even looked through the games listed in my profile tab and was unable to find them there. Humble bundle support has nothing for me because their key worked, and steam support isn't helping at all because I can't even find where to contact them. I'm sorry to rant this is just really annoying me at this point and I'm willing to try anything just to play amnesia.

You have two Amnesia games that I can see on your profile -- "Amnesia: The Dark Descent" and "Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs".

So, whatever you're doing with your Steam client, stop doing it :-)
