They didnt steal from you, you gifted away your items, you were warned before doing so.
They can never be returned.

So explain us how you got scammed? Because with all the extra security measures in place nowdays getting scammed is pretty much your own fault (how harsh that might sound).

Let me explain. I have the whole conersation recorded. I check this guy profile , He has plenty of good reviews. in his comments everybody was saying good things. SO he wanted my rust skins he made a offer via paypal. i screenshoted all of this. i accepted the trade but it never went to my authenticator. so i pressed yes once before geting a second chance to decline this trade, the trade went threw and he has stop communicating. this guys profile states he has over 3000 skins. idk why he would do this.

Report him through his profile, if you have a reason, but even Steam Support doesn't return your items.

Sad story, but in the end you still accepted a trade in which you give all your items away for nothing in return. Never trust people when they tell you they pay with paypal, or steam wallet codes, or anything else outside steam for that matter.

If you report them, and show sufficient evidence scammers will be banned. I am not trying to be a ... whatever it is you wrote, just saying how it is..

the report system is a joke i cant even put a image file . i have the whole conversation recorded

Accepting any kind of 'trade' that involves you giving something to someone you don't know personally, and getting nothing back in the same trade window, is a "GIFT".

You're warned repeatedly about this.

Literally every single day there's a new thread exactly like this. "But the guy's profile had +rep!" And? People lie! People have multiple accounts!

NEVER trade outside of Steam. If you cannot see the exact items you are trading both to and from your trade partner, *that is going to get you scammed*.

Again, like I said (and Zekiran) never trade your steam items, for real money or anything outside steam. Never press the "Yes this is a gift button", when in fact it is not a gift. And again, never trust anybody (sadly that is how it is)..

It doesnt matter if you worked hard or not. What matters is that you gave your stuff away. Steam even warned you that youre about to gift your stuff away and you happily clicked "Yes, it is a gift".
Theres no point to attach images to a report because they can be faked. Give me two hours with Photoshop and ill have "proof" of you scamming me.
