Are you positive that your system is using the right video card if you've got an onboard system? If you're running Windows 10 if you have any other programs like rivatuner or an antivirus turn it off or change the settings to see if it isn't interfering?
Are your monitor cables secure? Drivers updated or rolled back if they're new? If you're in any beta driver programs go to the regular one?
Drop your resolution or detail levels in the games?
I play in the native 1080p resolution 144Hz. I've reinstalled the GeForce Experience and with it the GPU drivers. No antivirus but the Windows Defender. Checked the monitor cables and they're fine.
Can you not see the shimmering fences, parking lines, building in the distance and jagged edges? Far away object's textures looking bad?
Don't understand these though:
"Are you positive that your system is using the right video card if you've got an onboard system?"
" If you're in any beta driver programs go to the regular one?"
How do I check that?
Can you describe what you see? Could it be the monitor settings?
I turn anti aliasing OFF when I play, as a rule. The 'shimmering' is literally how I see every game. So I'm not really the best to look at that and agree with the video's assessment that 'it's ruined' lol.
Have you tried capping the fps or changing the refresh rate?
How many other games have you played that *don't* have this?
