Games not appearing in purchase history
I want to refund a game, but it's not in my purchase history. Also, how in the sweet f*ck do I submit a ticket, email, or call Steam? I've been in an endless loop where I keep getting redirected to https://help.steampowered.com.

From the main Support page, Games, Software, etc > select the game > It's not what I expected > I'd like to request a refund

If the "It's not what I expected" option doesn't show up, it thinks you've added the game with a key rather than purchased through Steam. Check this page and see what it says for how you acquired the game

Tickets: Find a button labeled Contact Steam Support. Not every path has that button since Support only helps with specific problems (pretty much just Billing and Account issues).

Email/phone: You don't. Only way to contact Support is through the ticket system.

PUBG, PUBG store, few days ago, yes. PUBG site doesn't even explain how to apply for refund.

You can only refund games you bought on Steam store.

you will have to contact that games devs, but they are unlikely to give you a refund..

If the purchase is "pending" then the transaction was explicitly NOT successful.
Your money is currently in a transaction "hold" with your payment provider and will be returned to you if the transaction con not be completed after a time.

Why necro a thread that has NOTHING to do with your issue?

Pending means Valve is waiting for the money to be delivered by your payment processor.

That has nothing to do with refunds.

If the payment is pending then you did not complete the transaction successfully. The money left your payment method but has not yet reached Valve.

Your bank put a hold on your funds until the transaction clears or fails. If it fails the bank will release the funds back to you in 3 to 5 days. If it clears you will get the game and the money will be sent to Valve.

You could have used the search bar and found this out instead of bumping a 5 year old post that mods will just lock.
