Steam ate my $1
I bought some games, and had a dollar left that I was going to spend on some trading cards. However, I logged in today and my dollar and some arbitrary number of cents was gone from my steam wallet. Can I get my money back, please?

Did you have any buy orders for cards or something in the market? Money doesn't just disappear out of your wallet.

Check and see if any buy orders were filled that you forgot about - otherwise you'll have to contact support.

The account history page should show you all the in/out and balance of the wallet. See what that says:

https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/

It's entirely possible you had a buy order or you purchased a game and it used the rest of the wallet to pay for it.

Oh, I bought a game on PayPal, but instead of using just PayPal, it used up my wallet money and lowered the PayPal cost. That's stupid. I didn't tell it to do that :(
