Razer Synapse wont let me upload color profiles
Recently ive tried to dowload some color profiles when i save them from interent explorer in my downloads and i try to import them theyre not in my files. Ive tried downloading them and putthing them in a seperate folder and still they remain not there

when i click on the new folder ive created the folder is empty

will show up in my downloads but wont when i try to import through synapse
