Fallout 4 Random Graphics Glitch/Bug
On random sections on the map there are glitch/bugs where black glitchy lines cover the screen at only certain directions and no matter what i do i cannot seem to fix it. I have tried verifying game files and i have used LOOT but nothing seems to work so any help would be appreciated

That's your video card and/or its drivers, and there's very little else to do than reduce your settings, or try a stronger card.

I have a NVIDIA GTX 1060 and this is above the recommended specs for Fallout 4 so i do not see the problem

And also most of the textures are misplaced

Update or roll back your grahpics card drivers. Verify the game files. REMOVE MODS and then verify the game files. Since we know absolutely nothing else about your system beyond what you've said here, there's not a lot else that can be said.

Did this issue just start recently? Have you ever been able to play the game normally without this problem? Are any other games having issues?

Did your operating system, graphics card drivers, or antivirus scanners update?

Are you running a ton of graphics mods in the game?

Be specific, and be thorough on what your issue and rig is like...
