Will i be able to get a refund? on Stronghold crusaders 2?

So around two weeks ago (14 days) I bought the game stronghold crusader 2 and I played it for around 1 hour that day, then a week later I played it again for another 1 hour then I quickly got bored and ditched my pc and went on xbox while watching youtube I found a video about how to refund games on steam and well the game cost me 25 GBP so obviously I wanted a refund so I went to bed and the next day I went on steam to access a refund but I had left stronghold crusader 2 playing on my laptop until my laptop had gone to sleep so instead of 2- hours of playtime it added up to 6.5 hours of play time now I really want the money back so I can get Sea of thieves, but because of what my playtime I have been declined for a refund 4x now, anyone know any advice/help?

Very unlikely that you'll get a refund as the requirement is less than 2 hours of playtime and 2 weeks of ownership.

It's a PC game. Save your game, and turn it off.
