GAME STATS NOT REFRESHING (DOTA 2)

Hey,
I've been introduced to this problem since a long while now. The stats like rapier purchases, aegis steals etc., are not shown at all. I'm sure I purchased 2 on a recent Faceless Void game. Also, when I see my stats through dotabuff, I do not see the newer matches at all. The latest ones shown are from a couple of days ago. And at both the game and dota buff, my account shows uncallibrated, while I'm guardian 2nd. It does show guardian 2nd however at the hero picking phase.
And one more thing.
When in game library, when I click on games and see the displayed achievements and friends window, on games like DOTA 2 and CSGO, I do not see my friends that play the game. But in the games I see my friends noramlly.
Are these known bugs? Is it only me?
