Do i still have trading card after refund?
So for example, i bought a game that require 5 cards to create a badge, i got all the drop that the game allows me to (3/5).. the rest is i have to buy only.. but i dont have money!.. so if i refund that game to buy the remaining cards do i still have the 3 cards that i've got already?

Additionally, if you do it too often, Valve will remove your ability to refund for abusing the system.

By Stealing? Yeah no. Refunding the game and selling the perks for profit is a bad idea, You'll get refused future refunds for sure.
