NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN YOUR REGION.
i want to know if a game is not available for purchase in my region but is not regionally locked, can i buy the game key from sites those sell steam keys and activate it on my steam.
any help is great. thanks!

If you purchase a steam product off steam to activate on steam, make sure that the item you're going to buy is from the same region as your location, otherwise you will not be able to activate it in any way.
