Nvidia geforce now black screen.

Hello people,

So I have nvidia geforce now and I have a problem. I keep getting a black screen and there is no music playing when playing a game. I tried to launch a game from my steam library which is supported by nvidia geforce now.

My specs are:
Intel core i5-2450M @2.5 GHz with turbo boost up to 3.1 GHz,
Intel HD graphics 3000, up to 1760 MB dynamic video memory,
6 GB DDR3 memory,
64 bit windows 10 operating system.

My wifi:
2.4 GHz network,
Bandwith above 50 mbps,
Frame loss 0.0,
Latency, 16.

Can someone help me?
