Is MTC Games reliable ?

have someone ever tried to purchase Steam key from MTC games?
Is it reliable or just wasting money?

It's difficult to judge shops from the outside, especially if they are not listed on isthereanydeal.

If they are selling stuff like "WoW gold", used games, russian games etc. then it's a clear "hands off situation". If, on the other hand, they don't do that they could be a proper shop, or maybe not and they are just better at hiding it...

BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS
I purchased a gift card from them, never received it. Had to contact their support team (very unresponsive) multiple times, until they asked me for a SELFIE with my ID and credit card. Note that nowhere in their website is this mentioned, nor do they specify how this picture will be treated/stored. As an EU citizen that sort of information can only be requested of me with a good justification, and they need to clarify how it will be processed and stored.

I have reason to believe this is a scam not only for financial fraud but also identity theft. I have a transcript of my WhatsApp messages with them here: https://i.imgur.com/Y2oKcuk.png

do a chargeback, then stop using them. if the site is not listed on https://isthereanydeal.com/ then you are on your own.

MTC Games are very very bad, I made a purchase, they only sent the DLC and not the main game, I left them a bad feedback, then they refused to send me the main game until I changed my feedback, I said nah, I will change it once you send me the main game to me......so guess what they never sent me the main game... SCAMMMMMMERS

They really are scamers. I just lost pratically 80 $ CDN buying a Nintendo eShop card for Europe that was not working at all on that digital store. And they take zero responsability for their code not working. But they still kept my money. Scam. Beware. Don't do business with them
