How do i add custom ammount of funds because i find it too big of a jump from 10 to 25 ? is there a way to add 15 or 20 ?

If you have Google Chrome, use the Ehanced Steam Plugin.

It allows you to enter custom funds.

Once installed, go here: https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds

In addition to that, re-check the guide and follow the steps carefully. You're doing something wrong.
