Streaming over VPN

Ive already been using OpenVPN with pfSense installed on server PC, running as my main router, but I no longer use it and I want to try other method. I was wondering if there is some other method, where I can wake up my PC remotly, connect to my VPN and stream games to my phone/laptop. Any suggestions ?

isnt moonlight just streaming app ? or does it have some VPN capabilities ? I want to stream games over steam, but Iam looking for some good and free VPN service that I can use to stream games over internet.

Moonlight can stream games remotely. I am actually currently using it now!

Unfortunately I have to use something that can bypass network filtering, such as VPN. While I was using pfSense on one of my PC, I created my own VPN server and I was connecting to it with OpenVPN app. But I no longer have this option, so Iam looking for something else. This is just a matter of connection, some VPN service.
