2. It would not make it 20% off if it was stackable.
I'm not stacking two coupons, it's a coupon on top of a sale price. Which, as I stated, the official support page for coupons states that a coupon CAN be used on an item that is already on sale.
Again, as I said in the original post, the Coupon isn't applying. It is only 10% off from the initial sale price, and isn't giving me the option to apply the coupon, nor is it doing it automatically. The Coupon itself doesn't seem to be tied to the game. As I said originally, when clicking "Applicable Games" no games are returned in the search.
"Coupons are valid on discounted items unless specified otherwise."
