Alibion online key retrievel

At the moment I have had the game Albion online gifted to me and purchased by wife, However I have had the game installed and created an account and never received a starter key code, however I have never received the code not by steam mail or email, would anyone happen to know any other way to find the key or have it resent?

This helps for further looking into the issue however, I do not have a trial key, as well I have never played the game before, the issue is that I had the game gifted to me from steam not from the site or anywhere else, just steam, and i never received the key, Like the game is in my library and installed and i have an account however I cant access it because it states I need the key for the game.

Basically I should have the basic edition starter pack and key code, issue as stated though I never got my key.
