When i try to move in United States i get this error message : You must enter a valid APO address and AE/AP/AA as your state. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Stop trying to fake your Store country region as that does not help you circumvent regional restrictions of game gift copies.
You must be physically in that specific region for the game to work.

Region restrictions are there for a reason; attempting to bypass these will result in your accout being locked. Better to stick with where you are.
