Account has an active ban on its game server tokens

I have multiple instances of CSGO and TF2 servers running from more than past 2 and half years and now suddenly my account has active ban on it's game server tokens. Nothing is changed from last 2 years expect for server update, sourcemod & metamod update. Also i was careful enough to look for not to use ban plugins and yet still my account got banned without any reason. Strange thing for me is that even with the ban few servers are up while others have gone down.
Does anyone have any clue what may have gone wrong?
