How many people can share their steam library to you?

So my uncle has shared his library with me and right now my brother cant share his library with me so i just wanna know if only one person can share theyr library to you becouse me and my brother have family view and steam guard enables

Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can share my Library with?

Yes. A Steam account may authorize Family Library Sharing on up to 5 accounts and on up to 10 devices in a 90 day period. This includes accounts/devices that you have cancelled sharing with in that same time period.

As the authorization is two-sided, the answer above applies, no matter if you are the one sending or receiving the request. If one side has hit its limit of 5 sharing parties (which by the sound of it is still a bit afar in your case), there are no new to be added until it goes under said limit for a sufficient time.
