Profile avatars appearing blurred and incorrect?
All of my friend's avatars are appearing blurry or pixelated for me. Reinstalling steam didn't help. In one case, one of my friend's profile pictures is replaced by someone's who I had on my friends list a long time ago. He even had the wrong profile picture when playing a game (insurgency). Nobody else saw this though. What's going on? How can I fix it?
