How to hide FPS meter?
In several games like Assassins creed, the FPS meter is there at the corner of the screen. I have tried to disable it from game but couldn't find any option. How can I disable it? Any suggestions?

Steam (top left) > settings > in-game > in-game FPS counter position to off.

Then it's something else like MSI Afterburner, Fraps or other programs with an overlay.

uPlay has its own FPS counter. It's under the general settings.
