can't add items to cart, is shopping server down?
"SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM!" message appears instead

Having this same issue trying to add Civ 5 DLC to cart.

Yeah, I think so. Trying to buy sleeping dogs, and I tried with the app, on mobile web so far and neither work. I will try on my pc when i get home. ...damn!

Seemed to find something that might have fixed the problem. I cleared my Steam Web Browser cache and cookies.

Click Steam (top left corner) -> Settings -> Web Browser -> Delete Cache/Cookies.

Hope this helps! Was able to add my DLC to cart after restarting.

There was an error loading your cart. You may experience problems adding items to your cart for the next few minutes. omg just fix this after 2year
