Perchè ho il mercato della comunita bloccato?
Why do I have the block about the community market?

Ho aspettato i 15 giorni dopo aver riattivato il steam guard, ma il mercato risulta ancora bloccato.
I waited 15 days after the reactivation of steam guard, but the market is still blocked.

Mai bannato o problemi di pagamento da anni che ho un steam account. Ho solo dovuto formattare il telefono dove era presente il steam guard.
Never a ban or payment problems in years that I own a steam account. I have just reset my phone where there was the steam guard.

Devi aver fatto un acquisto su Steam in un periodo compreso tra 30 giorni e un anno fa senza contestazioni di pagamento di alcun tipo. Per rimuovere questa restrizione...

You must have made a purchase on steam in a period between 30 days and a year without any disputes.

No a problem in years.

No Purchase Older Than 30 Days

Your account must have a successful purchase older than 30 days, but not older than a year in order to access the Community Market. The purchase of wallet funds, games, DLCs and software meet this requirement. Activating a Steam Wallet Code or Gift Card on your account to add funds to your Steam Wallet also meet this requirement. Retail CD key activation and gift purchases do not satisfy this requirement.

Thank you for your answer. That's mean that i have to add some money for exemple on my account? I mean just because i change phone? or its something new?
