How do I get rid of 1 cent in my steam wallet
I literally only have one cent in my steam wallet and it's bugging me. Is there anything I can buy for one cent?

use it the next time you purchase from the store.

you can try selling something so you get 2 cents and then buy a TF2 crate for 3 cent

i also have 1 cent right now btw

Or just buy any game on Steam, use the wallet as your primary payment method (selected by default!) and use a secondary payment method to pay the difference.
