Can't expect 15 year old games to be plug and play. Google for a possible fix.

have you tried launching the game in compatiblity mode with windows xp/vista?

recomend getting a no cd patch for the game that shoud resolve it. it is not working on W10 do to removal of support for securom drm by microsoft
