No CD KEY on Assassin's Creed II
So i had Assassin's Creed II from 2012 on my library but the thing is i lost my old UPLAY account where i used the CD KEY that came with the 2012 game so i can't get the game back so i decided that i will buy it again.

I deleted the game i had from 2012 and entered in steam store to buy Assassin's Creed II again
in 2018 today.
Wen i tryed to play it i saw that steam gave me the same old CD KEY that was used in my lost account so now i have a game with no new CD KEY to use.
This is not fair!

The old key is always the one that will be used no matter how many new ones you add to the account.

Recover your Uplay account on their site.

^This.

Contact Ubisoft, which I hope you didn't use a fake email generator to which you forgotten about, because you be shooting yourself in the foot on that one. So try to remember your email for your Uplay account, which Ubisoft will want, and then they're going to ask you confirm by sending them your CD key, as well any other info to prove that it is your account.

So if i buy the game as a gift for a new steam account i will get a cd key that will be usable for the new UPLAY account but after that i will not be able to play it on my curent steam account because the CD KEY dosent match?

That doesn't mean that you will never get the account back, have you contacted ubisoft and asked them what to do?

Well not to be an *** but you should of try asking on the forum 1st, or search for the answer on this before doing this. But at least now you know, I recommend getting support, maybe you get your money back, but because you delete the game you basically forfeit your license.

You could try refund, and go into your support page, and see if you can retrieve the game you deleted, but again I think it's best just to get support on this, instead of doing anything else.

That's a problem because email is the most important thing to the account for Uplay. I say make new account to start up a ticket with Ubisoft, and hope they're willing to help you out.

New account = New key.

I'm not 100% sure how this is handle for your game save, you can try asking that with Ubisoft.
