At least here i would be able to buy it....if i wanted
GTA San Andreas banned in Kuwait:
http://news.kuwaittimes.net/grand-theft-auto-v-banned-game-available-kuwait/
Also, FYI even if you could purchase Disney Infinity, the online servers are no more. It's a single-player game now.
2. I dont really want to play online disney infinity
3. I'm from Kuwait, yeah
4. so let me get this straight: gta v actually has full on nudity but I Can buy it
gta sanandreas has no actual nudity and is a game that has won MULTIPLE AWARDS but is banned even though the hot coffee incident was resolved ?
Well first off, I don't know for sure if that's why you can't purchase those games. That's just a possibility given the fact that the Kuwaiti government previously banned it.
Secondly, don't ask me. Heck, you live in Kuwait, not me. Take it up with your government censors.
If so it could be that the publishers just not have set a price for the region (or it did not get converted automatically) and thats why it cant be bought.
Think i read such stuff when some other countries got their currency "altered".
It is up to devs do set prices in all currencys, steam can not do it. Some devs have been lazy or does not care to bother, and for some older games, there dev's no longer around and someone only own the IP/license will not likely get prices set.
