Fix on how to change the download speed from Mbps to Mbs or Mbs to Mbps

1. Go into big picture (little controller at the top right of steam)
2. Go to downloads (should be a download icon next to the settings at the top right)
3. Go into download settings
4. In the settings change "Display download rates in bits per second" either on or off (depending on what you want)
5. Exit big picture and its automatically changed

Steam --> Settings --> Downloads --> "Display download rates in bits per second"
