Steam Low Res/Zoomed In Solved
I had a issue with my steam interface being really zoomed in including some games. It was pretty annoying and a lot of the solutions didn't work for me (updating drivers, DPI scaling, etc.). So I looked around some more and found a solution.

For Windows 10

Go to your Windows Display Settings
Search "display" -> Click "Windows Display Options" -> See "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" -> Click "custom scaling" -> Enter "124" -> Sign out and restart (it should do this automatically) -> Done.

Hope this helps. Saw a lot of posts about this so yea. Here's this.

Something I would try first is...

Settings/Interface - Uncheck Scale Text and Icons to match monitor settings
