Not so fast buddy I have 2 diferent machines I make an edit because that.
The 2 machines has the same ver. right now but one of them is broken.
Beta? is the stable ver. of Steam.
And the f1 2015 is:Windows 7 64 bit or Windows 8 64 bit compatible.
The usual jumbo mumbo of (update drivers/steam client/reboot/etc,etc) dont work, I eat a unstable version of the STEAM that broke my setup.
Bad luck for me.
Rainbow Six can't even open it. Verified cache and everything. I even formatted my pc thinking it was windows failing.
Rocket League might open, but after some time playing if you close it and open it again, it wont launch and wont tell you why. In fact if you try to launch any game after playing some time it wont launch.
Also doing some blue screens...
And even closing Google Chrome ... WTF??
When you get a blue screen, what error code did you get?
I'm start to think you are an ignorant troll that is trying to fool us.
Do you understand english properly or you dont know whats the meaning of my previous sentence?
My two machines are updated perfectly - again, do you understand this? - all are in the last version of STEAM/DRIVERS/ETC.
Do you have any solution for the problem or are the usual ignorant that are trying to seems smart when dont have any idea about the issue?
and
"When you get a blue screen, what error code did you get?"... what
Unbelievable...
2. You said you have two machines using the same version, you didn't state you updated them at all.
3. You, yourself is the one being ignorant, and that last part that wasn't even regarding to you, if you can even read at all, is a reply to someone else, not you. Try proof reading what you say, and don't be ignorant to those that are trying to help you...
I recommend post your discussion here.

The game developer updated their code to work around this issue but now Steam doesn't push the update to the users.
Can't believe the arrogance of Steam in this issue.
Is your OS completly hanging? I've even tried a fresh OS reinstall and it didn't fix it.
Which game did this developer have to do that? Also is this issue for all your games, or just the one game, which that would be?
Do you have any 3rd party apps running in the background, and what are they? That also include 3rd party anti virus / firewall.
