how did you buy the game it only counts if you buy it through steam with funds that you personally added to your steam account.

I activated F1 2015 via steam CD key

you have to spend the money on steam. activating a cd key does not count

That does not count. You have to buy from Steam store.

The rules changed since you did that.

does receiving steam wallet via gift and spent $5 removes restriction in steam?

No the money has to be added directly to your account from a source outside steam

No. But simply increasing your wallet by that amount (by adding money, not by selling skins, which you can't on a restricted account anyway) should be enough. Since you've already locked the money into Steam by then. As far as I know.

Buy the cheapest game in the Steam store and wait 30 days. Why add $5?

because this one is about removing limited status not about gaining marketplace access

Ugh... I'll be getting more coffee... :steamfacepalm:
Oh. It's the different things?
Limited access is a one time thing and market is a yearly thing but not a specific amount?

Correct.

Limited is $5 minimum to unlimit.

Market access is any Steam Store purchase once a year OR adding funds.
