How can I create a guide for Steam (without associating it to a game)?

I'm looking to create a guide for Steam which is not related to any game. How can I do that without associating it to any game?

There are some great guides done by a user name 'Aevoa' about creating guides without game icons and/or titles.

No worries; it has the same link as above to create a regular guide, however in that guide (about creating guides!) it'll show you how to actually make a guide without game icons and/or titles (as requested) in case you missed it :) .
