Problem with DPI

Hi
So I have this problem with my DPI. My DPI for windows and all applications was 125% but some miracle made my steam 100% DPI. This changed with the latest steam update where my steam DPI changed automatically to 125% and it looks awful and it even lags my steam. I have tried the solution with the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" but for some reason it doesn't work, steam still keeps up with windows global DPI.

Same high DPI problem here: I have my W10 set to 125% but I want that Steam ignores it.
On previous versions "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" on Steam.exe works, but on the last one it works no more. :madelf:

A possible fix for the recent DPI issue (Windows 10)
Settings > Display > Scale and Layout > Custom Scaling > Set it to something around 123-120

Maybe unrelated, but I can't believe this fixed my resolution problems with ArcSys games (Guilty Gear Strive and Dragon Ball FighterZ in particular). Custom scale now set to 124%. Thank you very much.
