I'm not so sure if this "no" is quite correct.

Probably most of them aren't stackable, and they will have this information shown, when you click on them in your inventory:

Can't be applied with other discounts.

But if you check out your "Cosmic Star Heroine" Coupon, it doesn't have this text on it, so chances are that it would stack.
