Up in your steam "Games" and then there is redeem a code.

In the steam client there's a button at the bottom left corner to add games after clicking that you can choose to activate a key and then follow the steps it gives you.

If you are using a browser, log into the Steam client app for the PC.

I'm using my phone . And I removed the guard because I did not know what is was and now it's not there anymore

That's the point, install Steam, the desktop program, the games button is there!

Not for registerind CD keys.

Log into the Steam client on your PC and the bottom left corner "+ ADD A GAME..."

I'm on my phone not a PC . I have the steam app and there is no games icon

You could register key through browser

Because the "icon" is in the Steam DESKTOP app, not the mobile app. But as the others have said, you can use your browser as well.
