Removing a Game From Account + Achievements
So like, since the steam support is absolutely terribly designed, I'm having trouble figuring out where to navigate to remove the following:
- Information + playtime for games I have been steam shared
- Games AND their achievement progress from my account (both shared and owned)

There are games in my library and that I've played in the past that I don't plan on getting 100% achievements for, or have basically two copies of the game, and there is nowhere on the support page to help remove that..

You can't remove playtime or achievements.

you can remove a game from your account, but not the achievements.

To remove a game go to the tippy top where it says: Steam - View - Friends - Games - Help
Pick "Help" and then "Steam Support" then pick "Games, Software, etc"... then type in th e name of the game you want to delete in the search box (partial names work).

Then select "I want to permanently remove this game from my account"

Voila.

But people can still see your achivements for the game, if they go looking for it. And those achievements will count towards your "Achievement Showcase" (assuming were awarded achievements in that game while playing it).

Those cannot be removed. And even if you contact a real live Steam Support person they will NOT remove the achievements from your account for you. Even if you ask. And beg. Or write them a whole big story about how you really need them removed because you have OCD.

Man that's the most tilting thing ever, feels pretty dumb they can't remove achievements, but oh well I guess. Just didn't want to be stuck with an incomplete copy of darksiders on my acc. and one completed version but rip

Why exactly would you want your time + chievos be wiped?

Because there are games where I have one achievement and don't enjoy playing, but I didn't want my account achievements to be plagued by having a game I won't complete

I mean as in Steam support itself, you can only select specific topics instead of placing a ticket or e-mail.

S.A.M. i guess, since you can use that to remove achievements, but after that you won't be able to get those achievements legit again

Google "steam achievement manager'

SAM wouldn't fix his issue. It would remove the achievements but they'd still be calculated towards his total leaving him unable to get 100%.

This is true. The old 'Stanley Parable Demo' would award, then remove, it's single achievement while playing the game. But even after losing it, Steam would still show you had 100% of the achievements.
