The top seller is vermintide 2 so I am not sure what "top game" you are talking about as you are seeing different games based on your view history so if you look at those types of games that's why you are seeing it.

How old is an anime character and how can you tell if they're "mature" or not? Should they have a minimum amount of wrinkles, saggy boobs, varicose veins, grey hair, arthritis and be prohibited from wearing provocative clothing such as skirts and be required to show you a valid form of ID?

Also, I kind of find it hard to believe that you're a champion for morality when you play GTAV, a game where you can get lap dances, have sex with prostitutes and then beat them to death.

You have also uploaded numerous screenshots of a very young looking elf from a game called Dark & Light where I can only assume you created her with the absolute maximum boob size allowable by the game.

And if that's not the pot calling the kettle black, you seem to have your own predilection for young anime girls, judging from this wallpaper engine that you uploaded to the workshop.
