Not that it really matters as that videocard is utterly terrible and wouldn't make much of a difference compared to your CPU.
In your recently played list i don't even see a game that uses PhysX.

this one when i open my laptop's screen "its always closed because i use an external monitor"
The "run PhysX on GPU" advise is meant for Desktop PCs which have dedicated graphic cards, running on fast, broad bandwidth ePCI busses, with high clock speeds, outpacing CPUs.
Mobile GPUs on notebooks - even if called 'dedicated GPUs' - follow a different path.
Basically, "don't worry about it". There would be no difference in FPS either way, running on CPU OR GPU, with any game running on your notebook.
Ah I see.. well thanks, i guess i dont need to worry about it anymore
Still, it wouldn't make a difference as it doesn't use hardware accelerated PhysX like you can find in games like Borderlands 2 or the Batman Arkham games.
Using your rather weak videocard over the rather weak CPU for PhysX will make no difference in running Enter the Gungeon.
P.S.: You may want to use a digital DVI/HDMI/DP connection between your laptop and your monitor for better image quality.
An analog DSub connection is pretty much terrible.
I sort of mixed VGA + Dvi and said DVA ....
