Hello, if i receive one steam wallet code from TWD (New Taiwan Dollar) i can activate in my country? (México) or that code is locked for that region only? thanks

it's locked i'm from Germany and can't acitvate Wallet Codes from USA i can use only Wallet Codes from Eur, maybe u find a people who trade with u but trading with Real Stuff at own risk :)

I'm guessing they weren't really from the US, if that's is happening. They are not restricted from use in your country.
