Zowie EC2-A tracking problem

I own a EC2-A and a Steelseries Qck heavy mouse pad, and the mouse have tracking problems.
I mosty play csgo , and what happens is that when im ingame the mouse stops moving for 1-2 second and it moves really wierd sometimes, which is pretty anoying. I previously owned a Steelseries Rival 300 that have never had this problem. My mousemat is pretty clean, and ive tried to change usb-hubs for my mouse usb but i still have problems. anyone got any ideas what the problem might be?
