Will kicking members from a group give them a notification that they've been kicked?
I have a dead Steam group that's been sitting around for a few years and I just want to let it die.

However, it has roughy over 200ish members in it and I'd kick them all, but last I remember getting kicked from a group informs you with a Steam notification. I don't really want the drama involved in that if that's the case.

If it's dead, who's gonna care?

Old acquaintances that may add me or leave comments that I really don't want to revisit, I suppose.

You can just leave the group.

No. It's a group I own. It would still exist and the ownership would transfer to someone else.

If you just want to let it die you don't even have to do anything. Simply leave and forget about it. Unless that isn't what you're going for?

To be honest I don't know. If it's your group, do whatever you want with it. It's obviously causing you grief just bring there. Rip the band-aid off, let it sting for a bit, and move on.

Kicking someone from a group doesn't give them a notification
