gift limit 10 ???

You can gift as many games as you like, as long as its to the same person.
Gifting 10+ gifts to different persons triggers a cooldown because that looks like
gift selling to Steam which is not allowed.

If they catch you reselling, they revoke your right to purchase gifts.

I'm wondering the same question.
I'm not selling gifts i'm just buying games for my friends so we can play together u know.
But i know a lotta people who sell gifts and got banned for it
Is it going to happen to me?
Why isn't there a support that i can contact directly and ask this :||||

Rule of thumb: if you don't "I just bought a PUBG DCL to my "friends" lol" but buy real gifts for real friends, you'll be fine. Or rather your account will be fine, nothing is ever going happen to YOU.

We're talking about different gifting patterns entirely, namely rather frequent gifts to rather random accounts. With, by the way, wallet funds which suspiciously appeared before'ish said gift...

I'm also gifting stuff somewhat constantly for years. No warning, no flag, not a single "Please contact support". Ever.
