Refund archeage unchained
I purchased archeage unchained to try it out. I was in que for 4 1/2 hours with a total of 30 minutes played. I am requesting a refund but it’s saying I played for over 5 hours...

game running = played.

you can request a refund, but if you are over the 2 hour play time, they will reject it.

go into your purchase history, select the purchase, then select "I have a question". explain the issue, then hope for a different answer

5 hours is correct. Playtime on Steam means the time the program was opened. Steam support cannot see what you actually did when the game was open.

Why on earth did you stay in queue for 4,5 hours? Serious question.
