Vorbestelltes Spiel zurückerstatten
Bei Steamspielen kann man ja innerhalb 7 Tagen (oder 2 Wochen ?) einfach eine Rückerstattung einfordern (wenn man maximal 2 Stunden gespielt hat).

Wie ist das bei vorbestellten Spielen, läuft die Zeit schon ab der Vorbestellung oder erst wenn ich das Spiel installiert habe ?

No longer than 2 weeks owned AND no longer than 2 hours played.

Pre-orders start the moment the game is released.

The time actually runs since the release, but many preorders contain bonuses, like gifts of previous games and those count.
Pro tip: Don't preorder! Wait til the game gets released, til the first reviews are in, buy when you know it's safe to.
