How do I know/find the recently add friends

Today, there're 2 people added me and I accepted. After a talk, I think both of them are scammer so I blocked one but I forgot another person name so... there's still a scammer in my friend list. Please help and implement something more about friend/social activity so we can track those things.

How do I make a new friend through steam community if I dont add some random people?

Thanks for the help! Unfortunately, I didn't talk to that person I suspect as a scrammer so he doesn't appear on the chatlog. (I only talk to one of them - the one i deleted)

I don't know. I never do that. I want to at least have lunch with someone before I friend them. Otherwise you can just end up being catfished. But maybe I'm old fashioned...
