Access Denied to Steam Store

Ever since yesterday I've been encountering this message every time I tried to open the Store page in browser:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server.

I tried resetting my router,, modem, deleting cookies and cache, changing my DNS to Google one, even contacting my ISP, but it's all for nothing - I'm still getting this message.

I can't even access the store page in my Steam application. It's like I'm the only one who has this problem right now. I'm starting to think it's something serious, since it hasn't stopped and all the users that encountered this issue said that it usually resolves itself in a few hours.

How long do I have to wait?

It resolves itself at random. No way to tell how long.

Just got it too, seems to happen after checking out to many games, too many is about 30 games. Then Store, Wishlist, Curators and anything Store related simply locks up 'Access Denied' or Black Screen in Client.

It resolved itself after a few days. Nothing you can do about it, you just have to wait.

It's probobly a built in " bot detection " defense protocol or some such.

There's a page viewing limit on the Steam Store to prevent DDoS attacks.

I'm guessing this is another counter-measure by itself.
